MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover   Medical savings account cards Debit Cards Cash Checks Flex Plans Medicare Workman's Compensation Insurance Auto Personal Injury Protection Insurance (PIP) Letters of protection (LOP) accepted only from pre-approved attorneys.  Each LOP will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

In order to keep your costs down, we do not accept health insurance.  However, we will gladly provide you with a copy of your bill so you may file it for reimbursement.  Typical reimbursement for the patient is between 3 to 6 weeks, while the average reimbursement for the health care provider is between 8-12 months (at a reduced rate for the provider up to 60 percent)
